The Bode Technology Group provides STR analysis on known standards and on any item of evidence that is suspected to be, or has been confirmed to be, of human biological origin. If requested, The Bode Technology Group can confirm the presence of semen or human blood prior to DNA analysis. The Bode Technology Group offers a variety of services to include analysis on the Hitachi FMBIO II platform and several Applied Biosystems platforms. Using the FMBIO II, we offer STR analysis with PowerPlex 1.1 and PowerPlex 2.1 multiplexes. Our Applied Biosystems (AB) platforms include the AB 377 DNA sequencer, 3100 or 3700 Genetic Analyzers, and soon the ABI 310 Genetic Analyzer. We offer analysis of several multiplexes on AB instrumentation, including ProfilerPlus, COfiler, PowerPlex 16, and Identifiler. Our clients choose the platform and STR multiplex used, and receive DNA analysis of all 13 CODIS STR markers (FGA, vWA, D3S1358, CSF1PO, TPOX, TH01, D18S51, D21S11, D8S1179, D7S820, D13S317, D5S818, D16S539). In addition, the Penta E and D markers are included with PowerPlex 16 and D2S1338 and D19S433 markers are included with Identifiler. Privacy
