The Bode Technology Group is highly focused on the quality of our work and the integrity of the samples. Our QA system is a planned set of actions performed to provide a high level of confidence to our customers.

When samples arrive at The Bode Technology Group, they are immediately signed into a chain of custody by the evidence custodian and stored in our secure evidence room. Our evidence custodian is then able to upload electronic manifests received with the shipment and track all samples with barcodes and generate run sheets for analysis while avoiding transcription errors.

Reagent blanks and positive/negative controls are added to each tray processed to ensure the level of quality of the samples. All reagents that are critical to the process are tested to ensure quality.

At the point of analysis, The Bode Technology Group employs two separate reads by two separate analysts. Their work is compared to ensure agreement.

All sample profiles generated are loaded into The Bode Technology Group's custom designed compare program which looks at all the samples in the shipment and across past shipments sent to the customer to detect duplicates or overlap calls, verify proper positive control calls, and check all sample numbers. After final review by a technical leader, project coordinator and the QA department, the evidence custodian organizes the samples and creates a shipping manifest for their return to the customer utilizing proper chain of custody.
