Bode Technology has worked with many government crime laboratories for more than a decade and has earned their trust to provide DNA analysis on casework evidence and convicted offender samples. We are proud of the services we have provided over the years to generate DNA profiles on over one million convicted offenders and analyze over 45,000 forensic cases.

We offer a full range of DNA analysis services and DNA collection products for crime laboratories. These services include:

• Y-STR DNA Analysis
• Mini-STR DNA Analysis
• Mitochondrial DNA Analysis
• Serology/Screening

Additionally, we have set up special programs to take advantage of our high throughput core facility. The DNA Investigator Program saves time and money on screening and processing property crimes. We find that customers can save half of their budget by using this program. We also have a high throughput service utilizing our internally developed Y Marker Screen (Y-SCR) process for identifying the presence of male DNA in forensic samples.

In addition to these services Bode offers state-of-the-art DNA collection products. We have assisted many crime laboratories in designing effective collection kits. These kits are user-friendly enabling staff to follow simple instructions to make effective collections of samples to produce excellent results. Our Advanced DNA Workshops are offered on the east coast and west coast and provide a three-and-a-half day program with discussions and workshops on the latest technologies. We will be hosting the FBI’s two-day DNA Auditor Workshop at both workshops this year.
