Bode Technology provides independent DNA analysis services as well as expert witness and consulting services to both prosecutors and defense attorneys across the United States. For more than a decade, Bode has worked with attorneys to perform customized DNA casework analysis on evidence from all types of cases including but not limited to homicides, sexual assaults, and property crimes.

We are proud of the services we have provided over the years to generate DNA profiles on over one million convicted offenders and work on over 45,000 forensic cases.

Additionally, Bode offers DNA testing services specifically targeted for post-conviction Innocence Project cases that could benefit from DNA testing. Bode has dedicated a team of forensic scientists to collaborate in your agency’s effort to identify post-conviction cases that have remaining biological evidence suitable for DNA analysis.

The recent success of using a Touch DNA collection method to collect a sample from the long johns worn by JonBenet Ramsey that resulted in generating a DNA profile at Bode Technology has created a high interest in better understanding Touch DNA methods.

Bode has also contributed in the Norfolk Four case involving 4 veterans of the U.S. Navy accused of rape and murder and the West Memphis 3 case involving three imprisoned men, one on death row, accused of murdering three 8 year old boys.
