The Bode Technology Group receives thousands of items of evidence on a monthly basis - from around the world and across the U.S. If you provide bar-coded cases or samples, The Bode Technology Group can access the cases or samples electronically, use this information to verify the completeness of manifests and electronically populate laboratory forms for subsequent analysis. Each process involves modules developed by The Bode Technology Group that are combined to form a customized service.

The Bode Technology Group will accept forensic cases from any state crime laboratory, attorney's office, place of business or agency, or from private citizens who have legal representation. A completed case information form must accompany the submission of each case, and cases must be sent under proper chain of custody. Cases can be submitted Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time.Special arrangements can be made for submitting cases after hours with prior notification.
