Bode Technology has been assessed by the Forensic Quality Services-International (FQS-I) Division of Forensic Quality Services, Inc. and granted ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. This accreditation is based on compliance with quality and management system requirements as they relate to the forensic field, and as described in ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories and DNA Databasing Laboratories issued by the FBI Director.

ASCLD/LAB ACCREDITED LABORATORY
Bode Technology is one of a select group of laboratories worldwide with the distinguished ASCLD/LAB accreditation. This accreditation is based on ASCLD/LAB Legacy guidelines and the FBI Quality Assurance Standards. Bode is currently seeking ASCLD/LAB-International accreditation.

APPROVED BY NEW YORK STATE FOR FORENSIC IDENTITY
Bode Technology participates in the New York State Department of Health Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program, and was approved by the NYS DOH as a forensic identity laboratory. The Department’s certification is based on the FBI Quality Assurance Standards, New York public health laws, and state clinical laboratory standards for forensic identity testing.

LICENSED BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND
Bode Technology has been granted a license to operate as a forensic laboratory in accordance with §17-2A-04 of the Health-General Article of the Maryland Code by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality. The State’s licensure program is based on certification that Bode Technology is fully accredited and future forensic regulations to be released under COMAR 10.51.01-10.51.07.
